- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (for topping)
- 2 cups pecans, whole or chopped (for topping)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- For the crust: Combine crushed pecans, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
