  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup beef broth or water

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef by combining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl; toss in the sliced beef and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat; sear the marinated beef for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining oil and sauté bell peppers and onion for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  4. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Return beef to the skillet; add broth or water, stir well, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
