- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil (substituting unsalted butter)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup packed brown sugar (for the gooey layer)
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, whole milk, egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt. Mix until smooth.
