  • 1 can tomato paste (6 ounces)

  • 2 whole bay leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until just mixed.
  2. Shape the mixture into uniform meatballs about 1 to 2 inches in size.
