Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef top sirloin (cut into 1-inch strips)
- 1 onion (chopped or sliced)
- 1 red pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 green pepper (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hoagie rolls (sliced lengthwise)
- 8 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper until combined.
- Place beef strips, chopped onions, and sliced peppers in the slow cooker. Pour the broth mixture over all ingredients.
