  • 48 ounces prepared mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion for 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. In your slow cooker, combine the frozen vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, French onion mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
  3. Add the browned meat mixture to the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  4. Spread prepared mashed potatoes over the meat mixture and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for an additional 15 minutes until cheese melts.
