  • 1 ½ tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Mix in oil until combined and press about two-thirds of the mixture into the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, mix strawberries, cornstarch, and maple syrup until coated.
  4. Spread the strawberry mixture over the crust and sprinkle the remaining dough on top. Press down firmly.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
