Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems; chop stems finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped stems, cream cheese, sausage (or bacon), Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the filling.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and press an olive into each stuffed cap.
