  • 1/3 cup Christmas sprinkles (jimmies)
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Regenerative Organic Certified® Cane Sugar from Wholesome
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 5 TBSP Milk
  • 1/3 cup Christmas sprinkles (jimmies)
  • 32 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2/3 cup Regenerative Organic Certified® Cane Sugar from Wholesome
  • 3/4 cup Sour cream (room temperature or greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 4 Large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2/3 Cookie dough balls
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup Heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. For the sugar cookie crust, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat together butter and sugar until creamy; add vanilla, eggs, and dry ingredients. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare cookie dough balls by beating butter and sugar until fluffy; mix in milk, vanilla, flour, salt, and sprinkles. Form small balls.
  4. For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar, then sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and eggs one at a time. Fold in cookie dough balls.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for about 70 minutes or until set.
  6. For the ganache, melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth; pour over cooled cheesecake.
  7. Chill for at least four hours before serving.
