- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup whole milk (or beef broth)
- 2 large eggs
- 2–3 tablespoons fresh parsley (or 2 teaspoons dried)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup or BBQ sauce mixed with 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet or loaf pan with foil.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.
