- 1 tube (16.5 oz) sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 12 oz fresh raspberries
- 1 dry pint (2 cups) fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Slice and press cookie dough into pan. Bake 11–12 min. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread cream over crust.
- Add blueberries in corner, raspberries in stripes. Pipe cream for white stripes.
- Chill before serving.
