- 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a mini muffin pan.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add diced apples, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Cook until apples are tender; stir in lemon juice and set aside to cool.
