  • 1 lb crumbled breakfast sausage (beef or turkey)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
