  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped (mixed colors)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Combine sliced chicken, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch in a bowl; let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.
  3. Sear the chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken until browned and slightly pink inside. Remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté vegetables: Add more oil to the skillet; stir-fry ginger, garlic, onion, and bell peppers until fragrant.
