  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup Rumchata (or milk)
  • 4 graham crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Make simple syrup by boiling sugar and water until dissolved; let cool.
  2. Blend strawberries with simple syrup and Rumchata until smooth; freeze in paper cups for an hour.
  3. Prepare blueberry puree by blending blueberries with simple syrup and Rumchata; refrigerate.
  4. Mix cream cheese with sweetened condensed milk and Rumchata until smooth.
  5. Layer cheesecake mixture over frozen strawberry layer and freeze for another 30 minutes; insert sticks.
  6. Top with blueberry puree, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, and freeze overnight.
