- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ⅙ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened to room temperature)
- 3 and ½ ounces vegan marshmallows crème
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 and ¾ cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, crushed graham crackers, cornstarch, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
